Peter Saddler (Principal)

Peter has extensive experience in Quantity Surveying in both the public and private sector. He also acquired valuable knowledge in all aspects of the Building and Construction Industry which is essential for valuations of a wide range of buildings and components. He is a registered Builder and Building Inspector, a retired member of Australian Institute of Building Surveyors and has been as associate of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors for more than 20 years.

Peter Saddler and Associates was established in 1993 and provided a full range of Quantity Surveying services in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and South East Queensland, however now specialises in Tax Depreciation Work. Peter Saddler and Associates have completed 1000’s of Tax Depreciation Schedules for a large range of clients on a large range of buildings and businesses. You can be assured that the team will provide excellent service, prompt and detailed reports.

Most of the work is by referrals from Accountants who have found Reports to be accurate, precise, easily understood and complying to Taxation requirements. A site inspection is carried out on all properties to ensure all claimable items are fully accessed. Although most or our work is in the south east corner of Queensland, there are occasions when we can do work further afield.
